Today at our ward playgroup the kids had a talent show. It was an awesome idea by the girl whose house we all squished into. Some kids did somersaults, showed their artwork, soccer tricks and did gymnastics. Emily and Carlie both decided to play the piano. Carlie loves to make up stories, songs and now makes up songs on the piano. She played one she made up Sunday. She played it three times faster than on Sunday because she was nervous. Emily (a bit more reserved) played a piece that she'd just practiced last week for piano. The girls did great and it was an awesome way for all of the little ones to share a talent. It was so cool to see how excited they got when everyone clapped at the end.
